Arts Education prepares youth for success in school, in work, and in life. Northlight's dynamic arts education programs reach 4000+ students annually in schools throughout the Chicagoland area. Northlight has been a partner with Fairview Middle School for over a decade, and celebrated with our most recent project: the Northlight/Fairview co-production of Scared! Over the past eight weeks, Northlight Teaching Artists worked with students in grades 5-7 on acting fundamentals and production elements including set decorations, hand painted masks, and props.
